Ada Scarlett Mosey has Arrived!

I recently posted maternity pictures of the Mosey family who were anxiously awaiting their newest addition. On May 20th, Ada Scarlett arrived! I photographed her brother when he was just a few days old and several times during his first year and I can not believe how much she resembles Jude at that age. She is still working on her smile but I think we got some really sweet images of her. Welcome to the world baby girl!

Cathy & Matt's Wedding

Cathy & Matt's wedding ceremony at Connection Point Christian Church in Brownsburg started out with nothing out of the ordinary until the wedding guests noticed that the flowers had caught fire during the prayer. After a brief moment of panic Cathy's day calmly picked up the candelabra like it was the Olympic torch and carried it out of the sanctuary. It certainly made for a memorable ceremony. After the ceremony, the bridal party and I went to Heritage Park in Fishers for some outside shots. It was incredibly hot that day but Cathy, Matt and the bridal party were sweet to humor me so we could get the photos. We then headed to Marriott North for their reception. I normally see a bridal party dance at weddings but Cathy's dad did his own dance with his daughter and the bridesmaids. It was a huge hit. I had such a great time at this wedding. It was truly a memorable one. Congratulations Cathy & Matt!

Leila's 9 Month Session

Leila is by far one of my favorite little girls in the Watch Me Grow plan. She changes so much every time we do a session with her. Leila was born with a full head of black hair and it just gets longer and curlier by the second. She is so adorable! This was her 9 month session at the Broadripple Art Center. She enjoyed showing off her standing skills all over the park and I think we got some really cute shots which is never a hard thing to accomplish with her. She will also have her 1 year portrait in the fall which I am looking forward to.

Vincent's 9 Month Session

Vincent just seems to get bigger and more smiley every time I see him. I recently shot his 9 month session in Zionsville at his Grandparents home. As everyone in Indiana knows it has been an incredibly hot summer and this day was no exception but despite the heat we got some really fun shots around the yard. I am very excited to shoot his 1 year in the fall. How the time flies!

Ashley & Randy Maternity Session

This is the first baby for Ashley and Randy. We did their maternity session about a week ago. I was excited to do the black and whites in studio because it was my first official shoot in my new space which is still under renovation. Ashley and Randy are expecting a boy in the next few weeks and she was such a trooper for letting me drag them around the Broadripple Art Center in the heat. I will be shooting the baby pictures as well so check back for updates on his arrival. I can't wait to meet him!
